Privacy notice
SpinRush Zone Ltd is the data controller for spinrushzone.com. We collect as little as we can, because we do not run accounts, payments, or a marketing funnel. Last updated 25 August 2026.
What stays on your device
Your browser stores an age-confirmation flag and date of birth you entered, a coin balance, a last top-up time, and whether sound is enabled. That information does not leave your device unless you send it to us yourself. Clearing site data for spinrushzone.com deletes it.
What we receive
Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) may be processed by our hosting provider to keep the site up and to investigate abuse. We do not sell this. We do not run advertising pixels on the games themselves.
If you email [email protected], we keep the correspondence long enough to answer you and to meet any legal duty to retain it.
What we never collect
Payment card numbers, bank details, copies of identity documents, or anything you would need for a gambling account. We will never ask you for money or card details. If someone does, they are not us.
Legal basis and rights
Where UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests to operate a public website and on consent for the age gate you complete. You may ask for access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Because most play data never reaches us, deletion on your side is usually a matter of clearing local storage.
